The Municipal Officials and Employees of the LGU-Bacarra witnessed the blessing of the new GARBAGE TRUCK and DUMP TRUCK of the municipality, administered by Rev. Fr. Ryan Santos. The 2 heavy equipment were funded from the Local Government Support Fund. The said equipment will be used primarily for Disaster Response and Rescue Activities.

*Dr. Cesario Yanos Pacis is a Doctor of Education and an Associate Professor and Dean at the Mariano Marcos State University – College of Industrial Technology. His better half, Dr. Estrella R. Pacis is a Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics Education and a retired Associate Professor and College Secretary at the Mariano Marcos State University- College of Teacher Education. They have 4 children, John David, Klein Paule, Jillan Pearl and Neal Janus.
